Reporting directly to senior management, you will ensure the seamless execution of our operational processes, enabling the team to continue delivering exceptional results.The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, compliance with AFSL requirements, and alignment with Jadigs core values.Manage end-to-end workflows for Investors and Borrowers to deliver seamless experiences.Develop and refine operational policies and processes to support the companys growth trajectory.Collaborate with finance, compliance, lending, investment, and accounts teams to streamline operations.Be actively involved in the accounts and payments department, including managing invoices and preparing payments, working closely with the CFO.Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including service providers, clients, and partners.Drive innovation in operational tools and technology to enhance productivity.Prepare regular performance reports and operational metrics for senior management.What Were Looking ForExperience: 5+ years in accounting, finance or an operations role, preferably in financial services or property finance.Skills: Strong attention to detail, organisational and problem-solving skills.Tools and Systems: Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Pipedrive, Asana, and Xero, with the ability to leverage these systems for efficient operations, reporting, and team collaboration.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
