This includes the Nursing Director, Clinical Director, Allied Health Director, and both Assistant Director of Nursing positions. Duties may also require assisting the Heads of Departments and Nurse Unit Managers within the SAACS stream.You will need:Undertake and support a range of HR administrative processes associated with recruitment and professional development requests.Facilitate effective communication processes to and from the office of the NUM, including liaising effectively with all internal stakeholders (including human resources) and external parties.Provide assistance to the executive team and senior staff to support research, collection, and collation of data, background notes, briefings, reports, and other information as required.Set up, maintain, and ensure the integrity of databases and spreadsheets for administrative and quality improvement activities.Details of Appointment:General Stream, Band 3Fixed term full-time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing 5 May 2025 for 12 months.*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.Salary:$73,811 to $79,779 per annum.
