The career outcomes include management roles within sporting organisations, event planner, fitness and wellness program developer, and sport development manager or coach.This role provides high quality and innovative course materials and excellent teaching delivery to students undertaking the Diploma of Sport and/or Diploma of Leadership and Management, to:support student success in courses and thereby improve their employment and/or educational pathwaysensure BHI compliance requirements are metKey subjects that you will teach during the course include Event Management, Workplace Health & Safety, and Business Risk.The Sport/Leadership and Management Teacher is one of several positions in the BHI Foundation College. The position reports to the Coordinator Hawthorn College of Sport and is responsible for liaising with students, relevant industry groups, community services providers, overseas partners, and employees of BHI at all levels.This position is casual and is based at Hawthorn Football Clubs venues including the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), Waverly, and Dingley.
