You will be the first point of contact for Reactive Maintenance enquiries, liaising with Harvey Norman franchises, external tenants, landlords, and contractors nationally.ResponsibilitiesManagement of minor Reactive and Preventative Maintenance activities, including logging calls with contractors, issuing work orders, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth delivery.Liaising with franchises, tenants, and contractors to coordinate and facilitate repairs.Implementing, collating, and processing various reports and documentation.Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.Foster strong relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure Facilities Management services meet and exceed customer expectations.About YouYou will have a keen interest in property and a desire to advance your career in the Facilities Management industry.
