It includes managing daily operations, supervising employees, maintaining client relationships, and increasing sales to support branch growth. This role will report directly to the Regional Manager.Key Responsibilities:Branch Supervisor Duties: Oversee daily operations at the Emerald branch for efficient and customer-focused service. Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and route planning for all moving tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion. Ensure the branch adheres to company policies and procedures. Ensure that the branch adheres to all applicable local, state, and federal safety and regulatory standards. Ensure that inventory and vehicle maintenance are monitored diligently to maintain smooth operational workflows. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, resolving issues in a professional manner. Report branch performance, operations, and challenges directly to the Regional Manager regularly.Sales Representative Duties: Create new business opportunities by proactively targeting residential, commercial, and corporate clients. Establish and maintain strong positive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Prepare and present quotations for moving services and negotiate terms and pricing with clients promptly and efficiently. Create and implement local marketing campaigns and sales strategies to expand the branch''s customer base. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service delivery for all clients. Monitor sales activities and objectives, and deliver performance and trend reports to the Regional Manager. Understand branch budgets and meet or exceed sales targets.Qualifications/Experience Required: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the moving or logistics industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. Demonstrated sales experience with a proven history of achieving or surpassing targets. Possesses leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the capability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Demonstrated outstanding customer service while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach. Capable of handling multiple tasks and performing efficiently in a dynamic setting. Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in utilising Microsoft Office or similar software for scheduling, reporting, and monitoring sales activities. Available to work flexible hours, including weekends as required. Must have or be willing to obtain a Heavy Combination (HC) License for driving larger vehicles as needed (training may be provided).
