Our Finance team currently consists of 10 people including this role and includes a mix of qualified Accountants and accounts operations.Job DescriptionThe RoleAs the Accounts Clerk/Administrator, you play an integral role in the team by supporting the Accounts Payable, Receivable and Collections functions to ensure day to day data entry tasks are completed accurately and efficiently and all requirements are met.Key ResponsibilitiesAP Data entry processing of supplier invoicesReconciliation of supplier statements and invoicesDaily AR allocations and receipting of client paymentsElectronic FilingUpdating bill dispatch dates in Practice Management SystemMaintenance of Safe Custody RegisterAd hoc finance and administrative duties as requiredDesired Skills and ExperienceYou may be the ideal candidate if you have a minimum of 1 year''s experience working in a general Accounts clerk supporting role and any Accounts Payable/Receivables experience in a Professional Services firm (legal experience preferred) and:End to end understanding of the Accounts Payable/Receivables functionIntermediate proficiency in ExcelExperience with Elite 3E is advantageousWhat''s in it for you?If you''re eager to join a friendly team in a positive environment, this opportunity could be ideal for you.
