Skin Xclusive is hiring!Due to popular demand, Skin Xclusive is looking for a part-time/casual skin care beauty therapist in our South Yarra clinic. This position will quickly evolve into a full-time contract. The right candidate can become the next clinic manager within the next 2-3 years due to planned expansion.Responsibilities:Perform non-invasive skin care treatments in current and new clients using the latest Korean technology.Keep daily client records updated in our CRM.Clean, maintain, and sanitize all working areas, instruments, equipment, etc.Maintain the highest customer satisfaction levels in the industry.Collect feedback from customers regarding the performed treatments.Update and optimize all relevant SOPs.Manage clients'' appointments in the CRM system.Keep the inventory records updated.Prepare and provide drinks for customers.Comply with all regulatory requirements in Victoria.Job Requirements:Advanced diploma or Bachelor of Skin therapy, Cosmetic Dermal Science, Dermal therapy, Dermal clinician or related field.Laser Safety Certificate.Fluent in English (additional language(s) knowledge is a plus).Team player.Passionate about the latest Korean beauty trends.Ability to create positive first impressions.Understand the importance of providing outstanding 5-star skin care services.Right to work in Australia.No experience required; we will train you to become the best in the field.What We Offer at Skin Xclusive:Competitive salary (higher than the current award).Long-term career path.Free monthly Korean skin treatments.Positive work environment.Send your CV and cover letter to vh@skinxclusive.com.au. #J-18808-Ljbffr
