The company is mindful of the fact that quality products must be accompanied by excellent service in order to satisfy demanding consumers.Our HRSSC Department in Brisbane is looking for a:Payroll Administrator (f/m/d) (100% or part time considered)Your Responsibilities:Administration and process of 3rd party payroll providerChecking Statutory filings to RevenueMonth end payroll journals for GL PostingEnsuring all statutory reporting is completed to highest standards within legislated deadlinesUndertake month and year end reconciliations (payroll, pensions, PAYE, NIC, etc) to audit standardsProcess court orders, GAYE and childcare scheme deductionsDeal with employee salary and payroll queriesEnter variable overtime and commission paymentsLiaise with the Revenue where necessaryChase Managers for missing information where necessaryUpdate and check all statutory payments as appropriate (including company sick pay)Collate weekly retail and warehouse timesheets for processingProvide reports to Management as requiredManage sickness absence records, highlighting areas of concernAd hoc administration and other tasks for the HR teamManagement of Super and insurancesYour ideal profile:At least 3 years of experience as a payroll administrator or in a comparable roleKnowledge of 3rd Party payroll systemsPayroll processing experienceKnowledge of relevant tax regulationsSound knowledge of accounting basicsStrong knowledge of IT SystemsKnowledge of Humanforce is a plusAbility to readily identify problem areasAbility to work to deadlinesGood communication skillsWe offer:You will never walk alone.
