Based in our Maddington office, you will manage the scheduling and rostering of staff across the Perth Metro area, ensuring excellent service to our Home Care clients. Your responsibilities will include:Responding to client and staff calls, requests, and inquiries.Creating and maintaining staff rosters.Keeping accurate staff records.Communicating effectively with clients and support workers.About youYou will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem solving.
