Based in our Maddington office, you will manage the scheduling and rostering of staff across the Perth Metro area, ensuring excellent service to our Home Care clients. Your responsibilities will include:Responding to client and staff calls, requests, and inquiries.Creating and maintaining staff rosters.Keeping accurate staff records.Communicating effectively with clients and support workers.About youYou will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at problem solving. Youll have a passion for delivering excellent customer service along with:Cert III in Office Administration/Business or equivalent is desirableRostering experience, ideally in an at-home care settingBe available to participate in the on-call and weekend rotating rosterA high level of attention to detail and accuracyAbility to use your initiative and problem-solving skillsNational Police Clearance (obtained within the last 6 months)About the benefitsJoining MercyCare means becoming part of a supportive and values-driven team.
