Trainer and Assessor - Individual SupportCeltic Training & Consultancy Pty Ltd. RTO: 40179 part of the NextEd Group.Celtic Training is based in multiple states, and we are currently looking to expand our friendly and highly motivated academic team for our Brisbane and Gold Coast Campus. This is a casual ongoing role.We are seeking experienced trainer/s who are passionate about the student experience, understand the importance of complying with industry standards and work well as part of a national team.Key Responsibilities:Deliver engaging face to face training for CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support qualifications utilising our state-of the art health lab.Conduct site visits with our Students and Trainees across SEQ.Have input into our delivery model and bring exciting and innovative ideas to engage our students.Provide support and timely feedback to students to help them successfully complete their qualifications.Conduct and mark assessments in accordance with Celtic Training''s compliance procedures.Openly share your skills and experiences so students have the knowledge and competencies they need to pursue a career in industry.Participate in industry engagement activities and workplace visits.Join a growing team that is passionate about the student journey and the impact that we have on their learning experience.Selection Criteria:Candidates must hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification.Hold a qualification in Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent.Additional CHC package qualifications and current First Aid desirable.Have VET Training experience, face-to-face delivery, student engagement and student assessment.Comfortable working in a cross-cultural environment.Commit to ongoing professional development and maintaining industry and VET currency.Strong level of interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication and organisational skills.Drivers licence and access to a vehicle for workplace visits.What we offer:At NextEd Group Limited, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
