As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences and ensuring smooth operations at our establishment.Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanorEfficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detailHandle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteouslyProcess payments and manage daily financial transactionsCoordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issuesMaintain a clean and organized reception areaProvide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and servicesManage reservations and room assignmentsAssist with administrative tasks and report generation as neededEnsure compliance with all safety and security proceduresQualificationsExceptional customer service skills with a friendly and enthusiastic attitudeStrong communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plusPrevious experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferredProficiency in hotel management software, such as Opera (prior experience is an asset)Excellent multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situationsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office suiteFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; higher education in hospitality is a plusAdditional InformationExperience is an asset.
