Job Category: Cleaning, Concierge, SecurityAbout Us:With over 30 years experience, Glad Group is positioned as a leader in the delivery of integrated property services across Australia and New Zealand.Job DescriptionThe Concierge role is the first point of contact and is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience and services to the tenants and visitors. Following this, you are responsible for delivering an outstanding level of service to all customers via all communication channels.A passion for customer service is essential to succeed in this role. The eagerness and willingness to learn and have the customer and their needs at the front of your mind is a necessity. This includes ensuring you are fully knowledgeable in all your roles and responsibilities, and where necessary, you are proactively seeking further training and assistance for any areas of improvement.The concierge team is responsible for the daily operational tasks required to maintain the lobby area. This includes activation set-ups, resetting common areas to their original layout after use, and overseeing all lobby functions. Other daily operational tasks include providing coffee and restaurant recommendations, assisting with directions, taking loading dock bookings, and being the go-to approachable person with any questions.Role ObjectivesGreeting all guests upon arrival to the building.Understanding and pre-empting the needs and requirements of the building tenants and stakeholders.Having local insight into site location and surrounding areas within the Suburbs of Melbourne.Being able to work both independently and within a team well, taking direction and reporting to the leadership team.Being the first point of contact within the building allows our concierge team to determine the office''s first impressions on tenants and guests.Key ResponsibilitiesBeing a friendly face for all building tenants and guests.Following procedures to meet the building security requirements.Liaising with the building management team.Managing a shared inbox, in which many enquiries will come through each day.Conducting common area inspections including end-of-trip facilities.Desired Skills and ExperienceProfessional Skills and QualificationsOrganised with good English and clear communication skills.Use of Microsoft Office software, including Outlook calendar preferable.Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of presentation.Polished personal presentation.Availability for business days.Organisational ResponsibilitiesTo be a welcoming, engaged, and positive team member that provides consistent, pleasant customer-focused service to all building guests. The concierge team is the face of the building, the first point of contact for all tenants and is responsible for representing the values of our client. A concierge team member must be able to work efficiently alongside other teammates while taking direction from the leadership team easily within a fun environment.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Answering phone calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries.Boosting team morale within a fun front desk environment.Welcoming new building staff, visitors, and guests.Providing new office workers with end-of-trip information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
