As a Mid-Level professional, you will be working full-time to support our clients by managing and resolving IT infrastructure issues. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience and will be responsible for delivering on-site support in various locations across the Asia Pacific and EMEA regions.Qualifications And SkillsStrong hardware troubleshooting skills with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues across various devices efficiently.In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems with expertise in installation, configuration, and maintenance.Proficiency in network connectivity, including LAN/WAN, routers, and switches, to ensure optimal system performance.Experience in device configuration tailored to specific enterprise needs across desktops, laptops, and servers.Excellent customer service skills with experience in handling client queries and delivering timely solutions professionally.Proficient in mobile device management for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring secure and effective mobile workforce solutions.Strong understanding of ticketing systems to manage and track incidents and service requests efficiently.Experience with remote support tools to diagnose and resolve issues without being physically present, ensuring timely solutions and minimal downtime.Roles And ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site technical support and effectively troubleshoot hardware issues for clients within agreed Service Level Agreements.Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications on various devices per the client requirements.Ensure network connectivity and troubleshoot network-related issues to maintain seamless operations.Collaborate with the IT team to develop efficient solutions to support the company''s infrastructure and client requirements.Maintain accurate records of service requests, ensuring all systems and services are functioning optimally.Deliver exceptional customer service by actively communicating with clients and resolving their technical issues promptly and professionally.Utilize ticketing systems for logging, updating, and resolving client issues in a timely manner.Stay current with new IT technology developments, implementing relevant updates and improvements as necessary.Please share CV to della.joseph@eilglobal.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
