The brand emphasizes high-quality fabrics and craftsmanship, focusing on flattering silhouettes and versatile, chic designs.We are seeking a Sales Operations Executive to manage the dispatch of local and international orders, oversee EDI sales processes, and ensure timely delivery. You will coordinate with warehouses, sales agents, and internal teams to resolve order issues, manage customer statuses, and handle invoicing. The position also involves overseeing major accounts, managing online portals, investigating stock discrepancies, and presenting wholesale figures in meetings, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Oversee the monthly dispatch of local and international orders, ensuring timely processing.Manage the EDI sales order process, addressing issues like price mismatches and ensuring smooth order flow.Liaise with local and international warehouses daily to solve dispatch issues and collaborate with the accounts team on customer status and invoicing.Issue delivery tracking numbers weekly and manage shipping approvals for overseas orders, including chasing customers for collection.Handle major retail accounts to ensure timely stock delivery and manage customer portals.Coordinate with sales agents, track open orders, process staff and director orders, present wholesale figures, and manage chargebacks on the Traverse Portal.Requirements:Proven experience managing local and international order dispatch, EDI sales order processes, and resolving issues like price mismatches, in a fashion business.Strong coordination skills, working with warehouses, accounts teams, and sales agents to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer status management.Proficiency in issuing delivery tracking numbers, manual invoicing, and overseeing shipping approvals for overseas orders.Experience with managing online customer portals, investigating stock discrepancies, and overseeing chargebacks.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in presenting wholesale figures.Working arrangements: 5 days in office with occasional flexibilityPerks: modern & open office, staff discount.Apply via the link or email your CV to maisy@whointhezoo.com.au - only suitable candidates will be contacted in relation to their application.Seniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: OtherIndustries: Retail Apparel and Fashion #J-18808-Ljbffr
