Job DescriptionAt the Pullman Melbourne on the Park, we are seeking a dynamic people person who has a keen eye for detail to join our Front Office Team as an Assistant Night Manager on a Full-Time basis.You will (but not limited to):Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure.Offer and maintain the highest level of customer service to the guests at all times.Carry out tasks as specified by the Night Manager.Assist the Night Manager in preparing all overnight reports & cross-checking and balancing of daily transactions for all outlets.Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide precise, helpful information.Ensure the safety of all guests and employees and coordinate with other hotel departments for any maintenance or emergency needs.Monitor security and safety protocols, including surveillance systems and building access.Provide leadership and guidance to staff during the night shift.QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess the following:Good level of computer literacy - Excel and Opera.Analytical skills and an eye for detail.Able to maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.Strong guest-centric mindset.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Flexibility to work overnight shifts.Previous experience in a similar role.Additional InformationThe Pullman brand is part of the Accor Group.
