This dynamic role involves seamless diary and travel management, preparing for high-profile meetings, and coordinating stakeholder communications, all while maintaining confidentiality and governance excellence.Youll navigate a fast-paced environment, balancing competing priorities with finesse while contributing to initiatives that shape the future of science and nature conservation. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in a purpose-driven organisation making a lasting impact.Youll also need to travel to our other stunning garden sites at Australian Botanic Garden, Mount Annan and Blue Mountains Botanic Garden, Mount Tomah from time to time, ensuring seamless support across multiple locations.What you will bring to the roleStrong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload with minimal supervision.Experience providing high-level support to senior executives, ideally within the government sector, ensuring seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications.A proactive and adaptable approachready to tackle a broad range of tasks with reliability and professionalism.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic environment, balancing competing priorities with efficiency.Experience with records management systems (desirable)A current Australian drivers licence (ideal) and willingness to travel to other Botanic Gardens sites.About usBotanic Gardens of Sydney, under the Royal Botanic Gardens and Domain Trust, is Australias oldest scientific institution and a custodian of over $1.2 billion in state-significant cultural, heritage, and botanical collections.
