Join to apply for the Theatre Technician role at Ramsay Health Care.The OpportunityThe Avenue Hospital is seeking a Theatre Technician to work as part of their Theatre Team. This is a permanent full-time opportunity and your duties in this role will include:Prepping surgical theatres for a variety of different proceduresPerforming cleaning and sterilising dutiesAssisting in the theatres where required by other clinical staffMaintaining surgical equipment and implementsTransporting and supporting theatre patients.Your Skills And ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service who enjoys being part of a busy team. You will also bring:3 years minimum Tech experience within an operating theatre (Essential)Certificate IV in Operating Theatre Technician Practice/Health Services Assistant or equivalent (Essential)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsComfortable working in a diverse teamThe flexibility to work a rotating rosterUnderstanding of infection control and manual handling proceduresWhats in it for you?Professional Advancement: Recognition, Rewards, Professional Development, and Employee referral programs.
