Your expertise will drive scenario-based learning, ensuring trainees are mission-ready for real-world maritime operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead training delivery and scenario control using advanced Bridge Simulator technology.Role-play critical ship positions, including Commanding Officer (CO) and Principal Warfare Officer (PWO).Provide in-depth debriefings and remedial instruction to trainees.Facilitate trainee performance reviews in collaboration with RAN staff.Maintain expert knowledge in maritime warfare training methodologies.Who we are looking forPrincipal Warfare Officer (PWO) Qualification OR Surface Combatant Navigation Course (SCNC) Certificate (or national equivalent).Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.Minimum 1 year of PWO/SCNC experience in a maritime warfare environment.Strong leadership, communication, and instructional skills.Security clearance requirements:Must be able to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance Agency at NV1 or NV2 level.Applications from New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom are welcome.Join us & make an impactAt Cubic, we are committed to excellence, innovation, and service.
