To do that, we need you.Join us as a Laundry Assistant at our Residential Aged Care Home in Albury, and help our teams deliver even greater outcomes.About the opportunity:At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Laundry Assistant, you''ll create cherished moments each day.Responsibilities:Laundry Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and residents'' clothing.Quality Control: Inspect items for stains or damage and report issues as necessary.Inventory Maintenance: Keep track of laundry supplies and notify management when stock is low.Sanitization: Ensure all laundry is processed according to health and safety standards.Equipment Operation: Operate washing machines, dryers, and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of laundry processed and any incidents or issues encountered.Collaboration: Work closely with care staff to ensure timely delivery of clean clothing and linens.What you''ll bring:You''re reliable, resilient and have a whole lot of heart.
