Youll create a safe and welcoming environment while working alongside our Case Work team to provide tailored support and advocacy. Every shift is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to real change.Your ResponsibilitiesWelcome & Support Help new clients settle in with empathy and careEnsure Safety & Well-being Maintain a secure and respectful spaceWork as a Team Support Case Workers in delivering personalized assistanceAdvocate for Clients Connect them with services and resourcesAssist with Daily Living Serve meals, supervise activities, and provide transport when neededKeep Records Up to Date Maintain case notes and daily communication logsYou Will NeedA genuine passion for working with people experiencing homelessnessAvailability for a rotating roster, including mornings, afternoons, and eveningsRelevant qualifications (Certificate IV or working towards) or equivalent experienceAn understanding of Child Protection principles and ROSH proceduresStrong decision-making skills in crisis and emergency situationsA current First Aid CertificateExperience in accommodation, homelessness services, or hospitalityConfidence in using Microsoft Office and client databasesA current NSW Driver LicenceApply NowIf this sounds like you, dont wait - apply now.
