Specialising in Transmission, Distribution, Substation, Communications & Renewable Energy; as a subsidiary of the GenusPlus Group (ASX: GNP).The RoleAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects across Western Australia for various clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in project coordination, the industry, possess strong leadership skills and be able to oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.The Project Manager role involves, but is not limited to:Lead a team of professionals, guiding them to achieve project goals.Foster strong client relations, ensuring satisfaction across the project lifecycle.Develop detailed project plans, covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.Enforce strict safety protocols, promoting a safety-conscious team culture.Manage project budgets efficiently, implementing cost-effective measures.Stay current with industry regulations, ensuring ASP compliance.Uphold high-quality project delivery, surpassing industry standards.Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges.Occasional travel to various sites will be required within the role.Essential Skills/ Experience/ QualificationsDemonstrated 3 years experience as a Project Manager within the electrical distribution or relevant technical field.Effective team management and leadership skills.Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.Capability to operate autonomously, demonstrating initiative, while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.Proficiency in handling high-pressure situations while upholding a meticulous attention to detail.Qualification in Project Management or relevant technical field.
