At the heart of our business, everything we do must be ''Good enough for mum and dad.''What will you do?Key responsibilities include:Managing the Injury and Return to Work Programme in Victoria, including early intervention and injury minimizationProviding expert injury management advice, education and support to team members and leadersMonthly and annual reporting of injury management performance and claims experienceActively promoting the Ryman culture and maintaining relationships with the wider Ryman team through regular visits to Ryman sites and villagesIdentifying, implementing, monitoring, and supporting various wellbeing initiativesWhat''s in it for you?If you are interested in joining an organisation with a clear purpose and a commitment to innovation, kindness, and excellence, we would love to hear from you!
