Team LeaderA full-time permanent position has arisen for a driven and dedicated person with strong communication skills to join the SIL Services Team. We are looking for an experienced candidate who is passionate and knowledgeable about the disability sector and who ideally has relevant work experience as a Coordinator, to join an excellent, professional team. Liaising with stakeholders; creating daily routines; maintenance of information; risk assessments; staff coordination; stakeholder engagement and provision of service delivery are all primary functions of this role.Outstanding communication and strong interpersonal skills, with both internal and external stakeholders.Excellent knowledge of N.D.I.S. and the Award.High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.Working with Children (Blue Card) and Disability Services (Yellow Card) and a Right to Work within Australia.Undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.Current Queensland Drivers Licence.Our Hiring Process:We value diversity and encourage candidates to be themselves, so simply click APPLY with your resume and cover letter introducing yourself.
