You will manage a team with a significant focus on customer service while driving the overall profitability and productivity of the location and the team.As a senior leader, you will have previous retail operations leadership experience. You believe that developing the skills, knowledge, and behaviors of your team is critical to success. You will demonstrate attention to detail in rostering, branch appearance, increasing sales, and controlling costs. A passion for outstanding customer service outcomes will help you deliver sales targets and KPIs.You will be commercially and analytically minded as well as being a driven individual who is passionate about retail and logistics. You will be proactive, ambitious with a can-do attitude, and consider your communication and relationship-building skills to be your key strengths.
