If you love problem-solving, thrive on innovation, and want to make a real differencethis is your chance to shine!What youll be doing:Workforce Planning & Optimisation: Developing and implementing employee-driven rostering solutions tailored to a dynamic, casual workforceSystem Management & Optimisation: Maintaining and enhancing our workforce management systems (HumanForce preferred) for accuracy, automation, and efficiencyWorkforce Analytics & Reporting: Leveraging Power BI, SQL, and Excel to provide real-time workforce insights, automating reporting, and tracking staffing performanceData Integrity & Compliance: Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across workforce management operationsWhat were looking for:Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related fieldExpertise in workforce planning, data analytics, and reportingStrong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel for data analysis and visualisationExperience with workforce management tools (HumanForce preferred, but Kronos, Dayforce, or similar acceptable)Proven ability to manage employee-driven rostering in industries with high casual employment (e.g., childcare, retail, hospitality)Additional InformationAt Junior Adventures Group, safeguarding children is our top priority.
