We offer flexibility in how and where you work.What youd be doing in this roleAs Canva continues to scale, change remains part of our DNA. Here are the responsibilities of this role:Driving cohesive and integrated MAU, Annualized Revenue, Revenue, Bookings, and Billings forecasts, working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales, Marketing, and International Operations.Enabling reporting & insights across the topline, partnering with other teams across Canva to foster a performance-driven culture.Connecting long-range strategy to operational planning and execution, ensuring alignment across financial and business objectives.Managing financial performance across revenue, implementing scalable planning frameworks, mechanisms, and processes.Enhancing financial close and re-forecast cycles, collaborating with FP&A, Finance, and Business Leaders.Designing and implementing planning and reporting cadences for executive and leadership teams.Partnering with senior leaders to build driver-based forecasts that optimize execution, performance, and efficiency.Leading, growing, and developing a high-performing FP&A team.You''re probably a match ifYOU have deep technical expertise in Revenue & GTM FP&A, with experience leading teams in Product and Sales-led Go-to-Market motions at a US public company.YOU bring a strategic mindset, connecting investment decisions to long-term company growth with strong commercial judgment and problem-solving abilities.YOU excel in stakeholder management, collaborating effectively with senior business leaders across Canva to drive financial performance.YOU are a transformational leader, motivating and mentoring teams in high-growth, fast-paced environments.YOU continually push boundaries, optimizing processes and systems to drive efficiency and maximize impact.About the teamThe FP&A team accelerates Canvas journey on its two-step plan:To become one of the worlds most valuable companies.To do the most good we can.We partner closely with business leaders across Canva, enabling strategic decision-making that fuels growth, enhances financial rigour, and delivers meaningful insights that drive action.What''s in it for you?We offer a range of benefits to set you up for success:Equity packagesHealth benefits plans401(k) retirement plan with company contributionInclusive parental leave policyAn annual Vibe & Thrive allowanceFlexible leave optionsAt Canva we value fairness, and we strive to provide competitive, market-informed compensation.
