You will be responsible for a team of clinicians delivering high quality occupational health onsite services & be committed to your own personal and professional growth. You will be collaborating with organisations and their employees to prevent & manage injuries within the workplace, driven by the belief that happier and healthier people perform better.In this role you will:Lead onsite Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services at various onsite clinics, through delivering various operational duties (rostering, leave management, ordering stock etc)Provide ongoing mentoring, development and support to your team members including regular 1-on-1s and performance reviewsParticipate in business development and account management, attracting new clients to the organisationContribute to Axis strategy and development as an active member of the Axis leadership teamDeliver against budget and use financial targets to drive continual process improvementConsult and collaborate with both employees, managers and organisations to support a happy & healthy workforceEspouse the Axis Values of Professional, Caring, Independent, Outcome Focused, Quality and Dedicated.You will bring the following:Demonstrated leadership capability - does not need to be in a formal capacity!At least 5 years experience as a musculoskeletal, private practice or occupational health PhysiotherapistBachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent qualification)Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Agency (AHPRA)Professional indemnity insuranceFull Australian working rightsAustralian drivers license and access to your own private vehicleWhy work for Axis?Axis is an industry-leading workplace health & wellbeing provider across Australia.
