Youre helping clients navigate their brand journey, shaping both their creative direction and their business strategy. Reporting to the Managing Director, you sit at the intersection of strategic vision and creative execution, leading client relationships and managing teams to deliver high quality results.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all work is executed to the highest standard and exceed client expectations. Youre ahead of the curve, utilising generative AI to create that intersection where tech and creativity converge.A Day in the Life:You manage client discussions, offering thoughtful guidance that helps them thrive in a constantly evolving landscape.You keep an eye on the big picture, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables, but also dive deep when the details matter most.Cross-functional teams rely on you for vision and direction. Its your job to bring people together, creative, tech, experience design, production, and ensure everything runs smoothly.You dont just talk about innovation, you lead it. Whether its introducing AI into your process or thinking up smarter, creative collaborations, youre focused on what makes the best impact.Tight timelines? Fast-moving projects? No problem.
