This is the opportunity youve been waiting for.Join a team where you''ll work across diverse client groupsincluding early intervention, school-aged, but can also work across the lifespanwith a wide range of presentations and diagnoses.We integrate best practices to deliver exceptional services to clients while fostering outstanding career growth opportunities for our team.About the RoleAs a Physiotherapy Team Leader at ORS, youll:Supervise and support a growing Physiotherapy Sydney teamProvide leadership and learning and development opportunities for the Physiotherapy teamDeliver high-quality services to participants with various diagnoses and disability types, focusing on improving/increasing balance, mobility, coordination, gait, safety and/or reducing pain; and ongoing interventionWork across diverse settings, including family homes, schools, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and ORS officesBuild lasting relationships with your clients, enhancing their communication, independence, and celebrating their achievementsBe a pivotal member of your sites multidisciplinary teamWhat Were Looking For:Tertiary qualifications in PhysiotherapyCurrent AHPRA Registration1-3 years of Physiotherapy experience working in paediatrics with NDIS participants in a clinical or community setting (preferred)A current Working with Childrens/Vulnerable People Check and Police Clearance (or able to obtain)A current NDIS Worker Clearance (or able to obtain)Drivers Licence and own transportWhat We Offer:We understand how important it is to maintain balance in your life.
