Ensure all team members are proficient in operating and maintaining automated systems.Regularly assess the performance of team members through evaluations and feedback sessions. Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to address these areas.Collaborate with the service team to identify and implement process improvements. Develop and update training materials to reflect the latest best practices and technological advancements.Provide technical guidance and support to the service team during complex troubleshooting and maintenance tasks. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.About You:You are a proactive and experienced professional with a passion for training and development, and a solid technical background in automated systems. Your expertise will be key in ensuring the service team delivers excellent performance and maintains high standards of operational excellence.Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience in technical training or a related field, with a proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.Experience in automated warehouse solutions or similar high-tech environments is a big plus.Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Professional certifications like Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) are highly preferred.Advanced knowledge of automated systems, robotics, and warehouse management software.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner.Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple training programs and initiatives simultaneously.Proficiency in developing training materials and using various training delivery methods, including hands-on workshops, e-learning, and virtual training sessions.What we offer:A competitive remuneration package will be offered to someone who is a team player with a positive, energetic attitude and work ethic as well as the ability to think outside the square.
