We intend to operate a multi-brand strategy and are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our family in the Northern UK territory.The RoleOwning, achieving, and exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accountsMaintaining and constructively using a CRM system with call reporting and schedulingDeveloping and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer baseBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsPartnering with customers to understand their business needs and objectivesEffectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsUnderstanding and feeding back into the company key customer and market trends within the territoryMonthly reporting of sales and market activities with variance against PY and BudgetReporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accountsOrganising customer call planning to effectively fulfil the role and achieve budgetTo Succeed You Will NeedIdeally have sales experienceCAD/ drawing capability is desirableBe familiar with all aspects of factory site installations and the requirements of working in this environment in addition to the system design, best practice and implementation of cooling system design; including pumps, valves, pipework, refrigeration chillers, weir tanksHave the ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the customers organization with a keen focus on the technical and commercial decision makersHave a proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close showing ownership and tenacityBe able to create, articulate & sell the distinct competitive advantages of products and services by identifying the key drivers for a customer Space Constraints, Energy Efficiency, Innovative System Design etc.Be able to position products against competitors to define competitive advantageDemonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutionsPossess excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills in addition to excellent verbal and written communications skillsHold a UK driving license and be happy with travellingIn Return, We Offer YouA positive team-working atmosphere, encouraging innovation and collaborationTraining from day one, with at least 40 hours of training offered per yearA competitive benefits package, including a desirable pension schemeWork-life balanceA satisfying career we are passionate about the development and progression of our employeesDiverse by nature and inclusive by choiceBright ideas come from all of us.
