Learn moreAbout the roleAn exciting opportunity as a Senior Coordinator has arisen within Building Commission NSWs Licensing and Accreditation directorate reporting directly to the Director. The Senior Coordinator will be a specialist and will contribute to the uplifting of the capability of the directorate in complex decision making and drafting of licence conditions. This role will suit an experienced lawyer with a background in litigation and/or regulatory practice, with strong skills in statutory analysis and drafting complex administrative decisions and documents. This position will support the Licensing and Accreditation directorate when there are licence applications where making sound decisions on granting consideration of licence conditions being imposed. This role would also draft the appropriate conditions and develop a library of licence conditions.
