Our values of Respect, Trust, Agility and Humility guide everything we do, ensuring tailored solutions and long-term partnerships with our valued clients.The RoleAs the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for managing and monitoring aircraft maintenance and servicing operations for a fixed wing aerial surveillance program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join Omni and support the enhancement of the security in the Western and Central Pacific region through the provision of aerial and space-based surveillance capabilities.You will be responsible for:Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and airworthiness requirements.Overseeing the procurement and management of spare parts and maintenance resources.Coordinating with regulatory authorities, manufacturers, and vendors.Developing policies and procedures to optimise aircraft maintenance and utilisation.Leading diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair activities to maintain fleet readiness.Certifying that maintenance activities meet required standards for safe operations.This role relates to a future program of work and is anticipated to commence in the next 12 months.Our Ideal CandidateWe are looking to employ a Maintenance Manager who is committed, adaptable, collaborative, and resilient.
