Provides high-level clinical nursing, leadership, management and governance within the WA Country Health Service (WACHS), including the operational management of area oncology nursing services and programs in partnership with key internal and external stakeholders. Provides support to the Executive Director of Nursing and Midwifery, area executive and nursing executive in developing and implementing WACHS strategic directions including progressing the health reform strategy, continuous quality improvement and improving patient safety.Area Profile: The WA Country Health Service (WACHS) is the largest country health system in Australia and one of the biggest in the world, providing health services to approximately half a million people, including 45,000 Aboriginal people, over a vast two and a half million square kilometre area.
