The timely recording of all piece rate activities with particular attention to harvest labour hours and related harvest data to ensure piece rate compliance is a critical activity for this role.Daily communication will be required with Harvest Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors and Harvest Contractors ensuring that all the necessary daily information on labour activities that needs to be reported is collected and any issues are escalated in an appropriate and timely manner.Attention to detail is critical particularly in the function of calculating average cohort earnings, reviewing all harvest data including poor performing workers and ensuring workers are supplied with new agreements when a rate adjustment for a task is necessary.About You:Previous administrative experience is preferred;Strong attention to detail;Time management and organisational skills;Strong interpersonal and communication skills including interacting and working closely with people from diverse backgrounds including Non-English speaking staff requiring culturally sensitive communication.Intermediate computing skills including use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel;Ability to hold a current C Class drivers licence.If you see yourself living and working for Costa in Emerald, then please apply through our website with your current resume and a cover letter.
