Salesforce Pre-sales Architect Sydney/MelbourneFulltime Permanent$170,000 $190,000 + superWe are working with a global consulting partner who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesforce Pre-Sales Architect to join their team. In this role you will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, provide technical expertise and strategic guidance, and architect innovative Salesforce solutions.Responsibilities:Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing the proposed solutions to clients.Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, leveraging best practices and cutting-edge technologiesCreate high-level architecture diagrams, solution outlines, and technical proposals tailored to client requirements.Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce products and functionalities, advising clients on the best utilization of Salesforce platform features.Assist in the creation of accurate project estimations, timelines, and resource requirements for successful implementation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, establishing credibility and trust through your technical expertise and understanding of their business needs.Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and the technical delivery team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to implementation.Requirements:Experience in driving Presales solutions and estimations, with at least 8 years in Salesforce implementationsIn-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other relevant offerings.Strong understanding of CRM principles, business processes, and their implementation in Salesforce.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional growth and development through continuous learning and certifications.Collaborative and innovative work environment fostering creativity and teamwork.Think this is the role for you?Apply now.This role is only open to Australian Citizens and PR Holders #J-18808-Ljbffr
