We collaborate with creative agencies, studio partners, and specialist talent to grow their production capability and build Australia''s largest and most desirable production ecosystem.OverviewAbout the role:This mid-weight Production / Project Manager role will be dedicated to the Suncorp Group account. Reporting to the Operations Director, you''ll be helping coordinate the workflow of their nine brands including AAMI, GIO, and Suncorp Insurance.The primary objective is to ensure all campaigns and projects are managed and delivered successfully end-to-end and to the highest standards. To achieve this, all projects must be managed according to best-practice delivery management from briefing through scoping and development to quality control and post deployment, in a time and cost-effective manner, with a key focus on exceeding agency and client expectations whilst maximising agency revenue. This role will also be client facing and responsible for working with the Business Management team to run timelines from brief to delivery. They will work closely with the production team managing the creation and delivery of work and will also handle direct to studio briefs from the client. Furthermore, they will also assist in financial management with the creation of estimates and tracking of jobs.Integrated responsibilities:Work end-to-end on briefs to allow for seamless delivery from brief to dispatch. Managing timelines and tracking the progress of jobs.Work on a wide and varied array of jobs across multiple touchpoints including broadcast, radio, digital, print, film, and social.Champion best-practice 360 delivery management processes on all your projects, from briefing to scoping and development to post campaign analysis. This is with a view to ensuring all projects are delivered time and cost effectively, and to the highest level of craft.Financial management, including budgeting, estimating, purchase orders, approval of invoices, and tracking of all internal and external costs to ensure each job achieves desired profit targets.Work collaboratively with Creative and Account teams on projects, as well as other members of the production team to deliver and support on bigger productions.Pro-actively contribute to and help maintain the agency database of best-in-breed specialist vendors/contacts (creative, production, and technical vendors).Maintain a high work ethic, attention to detail, proactivity, and initiative.Control all direct to studio work, including receiving briefs and communicating directly with the client.Liaise directly with creative and traffic departments to ensure that work is delivered as agreed at key milestones including briefing, reviews, and presentations.Assist our Account Leads and creative with dealing with clients on production issues that may arise, pro-actively consult with more senior members of the team on the best way forward and communicate the agency point of view.Assist the Operations Director in optimising workflow and driving efficiencies across the Suncorp business.We''re looking for you to:3-4 years'' in a similar role with a strong interest in developing a career in fully integrated production management.Be well organised and with great attention to detail, you will be a self-starter with a passion for all things production.Have excellent communication and literacy skills as well as a flair for numbers and are able to manage relationships across a variety of skill levels.Bring proven experience in a production role, ideally in a creative agency.Have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks in order to meet business-critical deadlines.Be a go-getter, have oodles of initiative and not afraid to get your hands dirty.
