Supporting the culinary leadership team, you will ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards, and contribute to the success of all dining areas. This role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your career while leading a motivated and talented kitchen brigade.Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Oversee food preparation and presentation across multiple kitchens.Manage stock levels and ensure efficient service areas.Mentor and guide junior kitchen staff to develop their skills.Contribute to menu design and implement special promotions.Ensure quality, profitability, and industry reputation are upheld.Stay updated on industry trends and foster a cohesive kitchen environment.Support cost control initiatives to maintain profitability.QualificationsThe successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus (but not limited to):A skilled Chef De Partie ready to advance their culinary career.Experience in a hotel environment is highly desirable.Proven ability to manage staffing needs, plan and delegate tasks, and motivate the team to meet daily objectives.Comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and workplace health and safety (WH&S).Positive attitude towards the industry and a strong understanding of menu items and seasonal ingredients.Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.Additional InformationThe Pullman brand is part of the Accor Group.
