The role is a key coordinating link between the Chief Practitioner, OPP executives, managers and staff within the branch.The Executive Assistant also works collaboratively across the Community Operations and Practice Leadership division, and with other departmental offices to facilitate effective administration including reviewing, modifying and effectively maintaining OPP record keeping registers and systems.The executive support and administrative functions include the day-to-day management of the Chief Practitioner''s diary and email box and the OPP Directorate email box and prioritisation of correspondence and responses across the OPP. The role also supports OPP executives, managers and staff within the branch.ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDEProvide a range of effective executive support and administrative functions, including: accurately managing the Chief Practitioner''s diary and triaging of email box; day-to-day management of the OPP Directorate email box, telephone calls, queries and complaints, and prioritisation of correspondence.Arrange meetings and conferences, including coordinating papers, organising venues, agendas, taking minutes and follow-up actions and making travel and accommodation arrangements.Answer queries, provide timely advice, undertake follow up action as required.HOW TO APPLYAll VPS employees (and ex-VPS employees with extended access to the Jobs and Skills Exchange website) MUST apply via the Jobs and Skills Exchange portal.Applicants are encouraged to apply online.
