The right person has great opportunity for career progression within the team.The Job Coachs role is to guide our clients towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work. As one of our Job Coaches, you will be at the forefront of our services, working one-on-one with clients to provide support for a sustainable career.On a typical day as a Job Coach you might be:Working directly with clients to encourage and motivate them through appropriate activities to find employment;Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for our clients;Job Matching clients to employers to help promote their strengths and abilities;Assist in finding that right job that leads to long term employment for our clients;Ensuring all activities are appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to contractual requirements;Ensuring our clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional customer service at every stage of the process.You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have an impact in the diversity and inclusion space.QualificationsAttributes and Experience:Experience in customer service or a client facing role, minimum one years experience.Demonstrated experience in working to deadlines and with targets (our targets change lives)Computer literacy with a knack for learning new systems.Great communication and a good ear for listening.Enjoy dealing with internal and external stakeholders.Possess a friendly, can-do attitude and believe that respect and kindness is how people deserve to be treated.Solution focused and flexible no two days are the same.An overall desire to work with people and believe that work is for everyone.Hold a current Drivers Licence.Additional InformationWhat we will give you:On the job training as well as ongoing career development and national opportunities;Access to MedHealth Academy including your own professional development plan, inclusive of individual training and mentoring;Job stability and guaranteed full-time hours;Achievable quarterly incentive scheme;Access to a range of benefits including discounts for health insurance, access to psychology services, ability to purchase additional leave, roadside assistance and paid parental leave.APPLY NOWIf this sounds like the role for you, please select the Apply for this job button to upload your resume.
