Our customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly to make informed decisions and improve outcomes for their clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents.Job DescriptionWhat You Will Be DoingKey Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToManagement of a portfolio of clients, ensuring your caseload is actioned within timeframes specified in our service level agreementsBooking appointments and conducting interviews with General Practitioners & specialistsWriting accurate case notes in the medEbridge platformRelationship management between clients and UHGData entry and ad hoc administrative duties where requiredQualificationsWhat You Should HaveAn enrolled nurse with knowledge or understanding of how health practitioners work in clinicExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSound keyboard skills, and technologically savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, namely Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts effectivelyThe ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExceptional time management and organisational skillsAdditional InformationSo why work for UHG?Our business is the market leader in its field.
