However, they will work as part of a larger team, collaborating with others (both within and external to BCRC) to deliver the right solutions to clients.ACCOUNTABILITIESTechnicalRespected for strong knowledge of key industry and subject matter areas.Highly skilled across the mainstream technologies and software as used by BCRC.Seek and engage in industry information and development opportunities.Begin leading application of mainstream technologies and software as used by BCRC.Coordinates the evaluation and business case for specialist discipline-specific technologies.Be sought after for specialist knowledge within key discipline(s) in which BCRC are expert.Be self-reliant & independent in BCRCs site inspections and report documenting.Actively seek and lead continuous performance improvement opportunities across BCRC.Ensure appropriate technical peer reviews and quality management practices are consistently applied for all documentation and reports issued to clients.Investigate and stay informed on BCRCs key industry and subject matter areas and other general interest areas for the company or its clients.Responsible for developing the technical capabilities of the team and the company.Facilitates initial mentor relationship(s) with BCRC undergraduates and graduates.Responsible for developing and maintaining key client relationships.Business DevelopmentDemonstrate, where able to, business development processes as applicable to BCRC and its clients.Participate and actively engage in local industry, association and company events and meetings as appropriate.Develop an understanding of BCRCs industry sectors, clients, potential clients and how to build client relationships.Identifying any potential opportunities to cross-sell other areas of the business.Identify and report potential leads to the State and/or General Manager.Company CultureActively promote and demonstrate the companys mission, vision and values.Positively contribute to a safe and productive working environment.Actively contributes to the continued development of the team.Develop, foster and maintain good working relationships with other BCRC team members, including State managers, BCRC state and national engineers, marketing, admin, and the BCRC partners and directors.AdministrationDevelop and maintain accurate client files and reports to have complete and up-to-date client and business information, which can be shared with the broader BCRC organisation.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all company policies and procedures and demonstrate the ability to effectively implement them. Comply with all company policies and procedures and seek immediate guidance if any policies or procedures are not understood or not being adhered to.Manage each assignment within its allocated expense budget.Complete all administrative paperwork in a timely manner, including utilising all internal systems.Submit all timesheets on a weekly basis (aim for 75% of the time to be chargeable).Meet and exceed assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE5 to 10 years of post-graduate experience in a relevant role.
