This vital role also involves ensuring consistent execution and delivery of service to our intermediaries and end clients across the GIO workers compensation offering.What youll do (not limited to):Account managing specified Workers Compensation clients, including national employer accounts across respective jurisdictionsManage and support strategic relationships with allocated key end clients and associated intermediariesRetention of key accounts across workers compensation product lines, including support in renewal process where requiredSupport new business in Workers Compensation in line with our growth targetsImplement strategies aimed at growing our participation on other lines through existing key client relationshipsAnalyse our customer base and provide feedback on performance and opportunities.What you will bring:Minimum 5 years experience in the Workers Compensation industryProven capabilities in managing relationships with end clients and intermediariesProficient understanding of workers compensation claims and profitabilityProven capability to achieve operational and strategic deliverables in a complex environment with shifting priorities.Other:Attendance at client and broker events.Culture:Working as part of the Suncorp Group you will have access to an unparalleled range of job opportunities across insurance, banking, wealth management and corporate services.
