You''re passionate about being part of a team that delivers impactful health and safety outcomes so that everyone goes home safely every day.In this role, you''ll:Youll develop, implement, and oversee security strategies and measures while driving compliance in the resolution of security incidents. Your responsibilities will include managing and assessing security risks, coordinating incident response activities, and arranging security services such as security guards and patrols. Development and implementation of processes and procedures to foster a safe and secure workplace environment across the organisation as well as deliver a compliant and consistent service delivery is imperative.Youll provide input from an operations standpoint to policies & procedures and have oversight and management of project delivery. Travel within regional NSW is a requirement of this role.About youIdeally, youll hold a valid security licence (Class 2A or Class 1AC) and a Diploma in Security and Risk Management, or you have substantial professional experience ideally within a workplace-based Facility Management environment. You will have the ability to deliver consistent services across a large portfolio and streamline processes where possible. You will have experience in managing repairs & maintenance programs for security assets and access control systems across a large portfolio combined with experience with incident reporting and identifying and delivering risk mitigation activities.Youre flexible and understand that this role may extend beyond standard office hours at points.
