The role will be standard office hours and will be based in our Wacol Branch.The responsibilities will include but not limited to:Opening & closing of service jobsMonitoring/organising repairs/servicing on a large fleet of service vehiclesData processing for Service DepartmentFollow up with Sales Department on costingsCompletion of service paperworkFollow up of sub-contractor invoicesRaise purchase orders for service jobsPayroll support as requiredCompile information required for internal & external auditsArranging site inductions, training and maintaining recordsAssist in other general Service administration tasksTo be successful you will need:Previous experience in a similar Administration support roleExcellent data entry skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and ExcelThe ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamPrevious experience in an OEM advantageousWarranty Administration/Processing is highly regardedHere at Hitachi, we believe that success comes from the partnership of our market-leading products and the quality of our people.
