As the first point of contact, you will help build customer trust, enhance the brands reputation, and support continuous improvement within the support team, while contributing to Evergens commitment to renewable energy innovation through CRM updates and process enhancements.Provide prompt and effective technical support to customer queries via telephone and live chatAnalyse battery system performance and assist with technical troubleshootingCollaborate with and escalate where necessary to tier 2/3 support teams to resolve complex issuesMaintain accurate and comprehensive CRM notesContribute to refining customer experience processes with the support teamAssist with administrative duties to support the Evergen teamOpportunities for career progression within the companyQualificationsExperience in support roles and a passion for delivering exceptional customer servicePrevious experience working with a CRM - Hubspot knowledge is advantageousBackground or a general passion in the renewables sector and technology is valuableQuick learner, adaptable to new tools, processes, and systems with the ability to handle new challenges confidentlyStrong verbal and written communication skills for email and chat platformsSkilled in managing multiple priorities and collaborating to resolve customer issuesTechnical aptitude with knowledge of databases (mySQL) and programming (Python) is advantageousAdditional InformationHow To ApplySound exciting?
