This position will be responsible for interacting with diverse audiences (both internal and external) and must present themselves and the brand in the best possible manner. The Channel & Product Assistant will assist with new item setup including describing and writing content, importing new products to the website, completing tasks related to both back end and front end of website, data entry tasks, assist our US Channel Specialist with the various marketplace and wholesale channel item imports and complete other tasks as required by the merchandising team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the US Channel Lead in all item setup for the various marketplace, dropship and wholesale retailers/partners ensuring data entry accuracy.High attention to detail, excel savvy, and ability to shift priorities based on the needs of the business.Process and rectify item errors for each marketplace, dropship and wholesale partners.Look for themes in item setup errors and escalate to manager any trends.Help to identify root cause issues for item setup errors and work with manager to ideate on how to fix upstream for smoother item setup.Ensure all new items have content and detailed information in Shopify and other key systems for channel integration.High level of communication with various members of the team including reporting to the AU Buying & Merchandising Lead on priorities and US Channel Lead on marketplace specific tasks.Serve as a super user and defender of data integrity across our systems (i.e. Shopify, Inventory Planner and any proprietary tools built in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets).Skills & Experience6-12 months experience in a similar role within e-commerce on site merchandising.Previous experience using Shopify (or a similar program) and confident in Excel.Ability to problem solve and use initiative to complete tasks to a high level.High attention to detail on all tasks.Positive can do attitude!We care about our employees and have curated a benefit package that enriches our team''s experience.
