We believe in creating and working in an environment that supports Unwavering Unity, Relentless Curiosity and Radical Empathy.Time to get excited about this amazing opportunity National Campaign Strategy Lead!Sitting within CREATEs Campaign Strategy team, a primarily revenue generating function who at its core takes a clients brief and develops a strategy and solution to deliver on clients business goals.This role is responsible for the operational management of the Campaign Strategy team in combination with producing market leading pitches that bring brands and our product portfolio together.What that looks like on a day-to-day basis is working with a talented strategist team leading and supporting clients'' briefs across all of our assets. You will work in consultation with product specialists and experts across our business to ensure the solution is as effective as it can be for advertiser and audience.Reporting into the Head of Campaign Strategy, this role is part of the centralized national leadership team in Campaign Strategy responsible for:Workflow & WIP managementOperations, outcomes & executionsBrief response & campaign development support and coachingThis role calls for a commercially driven & creative natural storyteller who loves to inspire others and push boundaries with what is possible in the audio landscape.
