This role is a 12-month part-time fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension, working 12-hour per week (every Tuesday and Thursday 9:00am 3.30pm).You will conduct a variety of administration duties for the sub centre and continually provide the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.What you will do:Provide a high level of support to internal and external customersDirect, process and action queries and communication in a timely manner to ensure the region, Sub Centre and customer requirements are metProcess invoices and local customer payments as required for the SubcentreProvide support to the local VolunteersProcess bank reconciliations, placing orders and accounts payable tasks, head centre account queries, outstanding debtor follow upSupports First Aid Training, Sales and Services of First Aid KitsAssist the Regional Finance Coordinator with End of Month processing and financial/audit enquiresConduct accounts duties which include the following:Creditor Accounts prepare purchase orders, process payments and invoice scanningBank and investment reconciliationsReceipting of customer paymentsLiaising with debtors/customers/sponsors to ensure receipts are received within payment termsDay to Day bankingEnsure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting systemMaintain financial files and recordsWhat you will need:Proven administration and data entry experiencePrevious experience conducting Accounts Payable and reconciliation tasksAbility to work autonomouslyAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency in MS Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhats in it for you?The successful candidate will be offered an interactive and supportive working environment within a positive and professional team along with:$550 Health and Wellness reimbursement (pro-rata)17.5% annual leave loadingCorporate UniformSalary packaging options:Up to $15,900 for mortgage, rent, and living expenses(pro-rata)Up to $2,650 for meals, accommodation, and venue hire(pro-rata)Free Emergency Ambulance CoverFree First Aid TrainingAre you ready to change lives?To apply for this exciting opportunity please select "Apply Now".
