You will manage customer service operations with professionalism and care, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional support.Youll oversee planning inventory, pricing strategies, and collaborate with creative agencies on campaigns and launches. Leveraging your analytical skills, youll deliver detailed sales reports, forecast budgets, and optimise marketing initiatives to drive growth and retention.A key aspect of your role involves managing DIY Beer website projects, improving functionality with developers, and supporting fulfillment operations. Additionally, you will craft engaging email campaigns, segment databases, and execute promotions to elevate the brands online presence and customer engagement.What you''ll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you will bring:Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders locally and internationally, offering exemplary service and patience to all customers.A hands-on, team-oriented approach and a nothing is too hard attitude.The ability to manage multiple brands and priorities with strong organisational and planning skills.A creative mindset and the capability to build lasting relationships with external agencies.Experience with eCommerce CMS platforms such as Adobe Commerce/Magento.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Tools, and email marketing software (e.g., Dotdigital, Klaviyo).A solid understanding of Google Analytics, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Adobe Photoshop/InDesign (highly advantageous).What you''ll get in returnThis is a unique opportunity to join an iconic Australian brand for a 14-month maternity leave cover.
